What is the process to request services?
Send us your information on the Investigative Services page or e-mail.  If this needs to be a discreet case please let us know how to contact you, and a timeframe. The information provided is reviewed by our staff and a specialist will contact you to arrange a meeting. At the time of the consultation, the case is reviewed and a price is quoted. A retainer is required on domestic cases before work can begin. 
 What is included in my personalized investigation?
  Upon the completion of the case, the investigator promptly submits a case report detailing the work performed. This report can be formatted on a CD or on paper depending on the wishes of the client. All video and stills obtained during the investigation are copied and turned over to the client. Both the report and the video documentation are included in pricing. Also included in pricing is local mileage on most cases. Local mileage with us is below 250 miles by an investigator traveled in one day.


How long does an investigation typically take?
 An average case is 10 to 20 hours.



How many investigators will be assigned to my case?

When the case is reviewed, a recommendation is made which is often a single investigator.

How do I keep the investigation discreet?

You provide us with the information at which you would like to be contacted.  We will send the reports and other documentation to an address of your choice.  When submitting a phone number, please be sure you also indicate a timeframe at which to contact you.
